Refund policy
### RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for an incorrect, broken, or defective item, the customer MUST provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video along with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery. The shipping label on the package must be clearly visible in the video. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be summarily rejected.
2. Supplier & Manufacturer Liability: Since we operate as a dropshipping platform, the primary legal and financial liability for defective or incorrect items rests entirely with the third-party manufacturer or supplier. Our liability is strictly limited to mediating between the customer and the supplier to secure a refund or replacement.
3. Refund Authorization: A refund or replacement will only be initiated if the third-party supplier approves the dispute upon investigating the provided video evidence. If the supplier refuses the claim, our platform is not liable to issue a refund out of our own funds.
4. Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been processed and forwarded to our third-party supplier, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded under any circum
stances.
