By placing an order, the customer explicitly acknowledges that we are not the primary seller, but an order management service.
2. 100% Online Payments: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid in advance through our authorized and integrated online payment gateways.
3. Limitation of Damages: The customer explicitly agrees not to file any civil lawsuits, consumer court complaints, or legal claims against this website or its owners regarding product quality or delivery disputes.
4. Color and Size Disclaimer: Due to photographic lighting, digital editing, or screen resolutions of the customer's device, the actual color or sizing of products may vary slightly (5-10%). Such minor variations do not qualify as a defect or an incorrect item.
5. Intellectual Property Rights: All product images, descriptions, and logos used on this website are sourced from third-party suppliers. If any listed item infringes upon copyright or trademark rights, the rightful owner may contact us with valid proof, and the disputed item will be removed immediately.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions and all operations of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (West Bengal Jurisdiction). Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled through mutual discussion outside of court.

Due to international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics requirements, packages may occasionally include a delivery slip, customs declaration, or an internal logistics invoice showing different values (such as manufacturing or wholesale costs).
Price Variance Disclaimer: Any third-party invoice, packing slip, or price breakdown included within or on the package is strictly for customs and logistics purposes. Such documentation does not represent, alter, or relate to the final purchase price paid on our store. The customer acknowledges that the amount paid on our website is the sole valid transaction value, and third-party values cannot be used to claim price matches, discrepancies, or refunds.
