1. Delivery Timeline: Since products are shipped directly from international third-party suppliers, shipping and transit times are completely beyond our control. This website shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or supplier delays. No compensation will be provided for late deliveries.

2. Customs, Taxes, and Duties: All international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, Import VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country. Any such additional charges must be fully borne by the customer.

3. Incorrect Address Policy: The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct, complete, and accurate shipping address. If a package is misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund. The customer must pay full shipping fees again to re-ship the item.
